Riot LTA experiential booth
In collaboration with Riot Games’ publishing team, we designed and produced an immersive photo-op experience at the LTA Championship in Texas. The activation invited fans to journey through three distinct seasonal worlds from the Riot Games universe: Welcome to Noxus, Spirit Blossom Beyond, and Trials of Twilight.
Each scene was carefully crafted with layered scenic elements inspired by original artwork and in-game cinematics, meant to evoke a storybook moment that fans could step into. Dimensional set pieces, illustrated backdrops, and atmospheric lighting combined to immerse fans in the perfect photo op.
Across Saturday and Sunday, attendees explored the installation, captured themed photos, and received an exclusive print comic.
To bring the world even further to life, professional cosplayers embodied Xin Zhao, LeBlanc, and Yunara. Xin Zhao’s iconic spear was crafted by Hoku Props, set as the focal point of Season 3.
The result was a story-driven environment that had fans returning across both Fan Fest event days.

Enrvironmental Lighting
Environmental lighting was strategically designed to shape mood and narrative: red accents along the chains intensified the drama of Welcome to Noxus, soft purple lanterns imbued Spirit Blossom Beyond with a serene, ethereal quality, and flickering warm flame heightened the intensity of Trials of Twilight. A gentle haze permeated the scenes, enhancing the mystery and wonder.

Blending of seasons
The booth was designed as an immersive journey through four distinct seasonal zones, with each corner representing a unique chapter of the narrative. This layout allowed fans to explore each season simultaneously, creating a dynamic and continuous flow of engagement throughout the space. With over 2,000 attendees coming through the booth, each area saw consistent traffic and interaction.

Immersive Fan Photo Booth
At the photo booth, attendees utilized props and took home printed copies with a random season-themed border. The photo booth produced 530 prints over 8 hours, averaging one print every 55 seconds. This consistent activity reflects strong guest engagement and efficient booth operation, making it a standout feature of the event.

A Tangible Fan Experience
We helped stamp Quest Cards to track attendees’ progression through each booth and handed out printed comics on-site, providing a tangible takeaway that celebrated their experience and tied together the story of the different seasons. Event staff were stationed at each season to assist guests and ensure fans could hand off their phones for photos, making it easy to capture memories without missing a moment.
